Pros

Good people, satisfying work, challenging work. Salaried folks seem to enjoy benefits such as flexible hours, corporate travel, etc. Overtime is not mandatory but in rare instances.

Cons

For hourly folks, benefits are non existant. Hours are much less flexible. You get in trouble for working 39 or 41 hours in a "full time hourly position."

Advice to Management

Loosen up the belt alittle. Dont tell your employees the company makes $10 billion a year, and then pay them like they're working at McDonalds. Maybe then you could attract talent from somewhere besides right down the road.

    Pros

It's a large company with many opportunities when first starting out. Has many different locations around the United States and overseas.

    Cons

Very difficult to move to different contracts. Business units are stove piped making it difficult to learn what other sectors do. No sick leave, you have to use PTO if you are sick. Doesn't offer all federal holidays.

    Advice to Management

    offer employees more days off.

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Great benefits, felt like a civilian environment with not that much pressure and deadlines. Management was friendly, then hopped to another team and the management was big headed and rude. There were a few opportunities for growth. They greatly value personal achievements such as Masters, Certifications, Training, Etc.

    Cons

    - Management communications were off. Meetings were a waste of time on occasions.
     - The pay was not competitive at all

    Advice to Management

Compete with pay/salary from other fortune 500 companies
