    Pros

    You have an opportunity to work with good people, and the clients are all Fortune 500 or better. There are many areas to work, be it government, NASA, various industries.

    Cons

    You really need to look after your own career, as no one is going to do it for you. Middle management are often only looking after their own careers.

    Advice to Management

    You won't be doing a great service to the company if all you are doing is looking after your own career.

    Pros

    -Office workers make this place bare-able.
    -Immediate management is sympathetic to common worker issues.
    -Lack of Management allows much free time.

    Cons

    -Lack of management and poor management choices are driving away customers and potential new work.
    -Pay is laughable compared to the equivalent position at other companies.
    -Unwillingness to adapt to new technology and practices.
    -Movement to adopt proven ineffective and downright terrible practices.
    -Total unwillingness to listen to employees involved in the work.

    Advice to Management

    Leave and seek new jobs. Allow someone else to take the position. You have shown and downright flaunted your incompetence.
