Approves of CEO

I have been working at SAIC full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Great benefits package. Lots of stability in the industry and a wide selection of jobs to choose from. They are also good about helping military members transition. I would also highlight that they give yo ua chance to plug into the community.

Cons

Once your locked into a salary band its hard to get a raise. Company is splitting into two and the new name of LEIDOS is horrible. They should have worked on getting a better name to build a brand.

Advice to Management

Please pay your Intelligence Analysts more. Also need to give more military leave time to reservists.

I worked at SAIC full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Opportunities to do lots of different things; diverse client base; national and international presence; transfer opportunities for those willing to relocate, often with company compensation for the move.

    Cons

Once SAIC went public, the corporate climate changed and it was more about the stock price than taking care of employees; it was all about staying billable with little opportunity for personal improvement through company sponsored training.

    Advice to Management

    Invest more in employees!
