I worked at SAIC full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

The company seems to function well and promote strong ethics and good business values. They offer good stock options, and I was able to protect my retirement fund during the crash of 2008, by transferring all my funds to SAIC stock which held its price, while all other funds in the plan were dipping.

Cons

It's a big company, and you may end up feeling like a number.
