Pros

Personally, a pro for SAIC is that the company allows me to continue attending school while working full-time. SAIC has been helpful with some tuition reimbursement as well. Other pros include decent benefits and paid conferences depending on your work.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of any at the moment.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at SAIC full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    It's a job
They love people who have already possess active security clearance
They love feeding from the public trough (i.e., Defense Contracts)

    Cons

    Cheapskates
Forget about what your market worth
    Meaningless assignments
You're nothing more than a billable body
They love feeding from the public trough (i.e., Defense Contracts)--which means you get no pay when the Tea-Party Republicans shut-down the government
Two different SAIC employees mislead and lie about job offers

    Advice to Management

How about teaching your HR and Security Officers not to mislead or lie to people?
