    Pros

    Autonomy, collaborative environment, cohesive teams, Decent benefits with PPO or HSA plans, Telework allowed more than other companies

    Cons

    Performance bonuses or raises are not thoroughly communicated, No process on company advancement after former company being bought out, IT/Hardware/Software restrictions/limitations

    I worked at SAIC for less than a year

    Pros

    The people in my office were great and always willing to help, and we equally passed around work so we all could finish our assignments.

    Cons

    Some workdays were really slow, and interns had to ask for work to do on a regular basis.
