Pros

Provided an opportunity to work with people I enjoyed doing work that I enjoyed.
Freedom to use my Knowledge's, Skills and Abilities in various ways.

Cons

Got "Hurt" by Corporate Reorganization - not performance related.

Advice to Management

When organizational realignments occur, which they will from time-to-time, give preferential hiring consideration to those terminated through no fault of their own.
