    Pros

Decent pay for the amount of work required.

    Cons

Promotions take too long. Worried about budget.

    Advice to Management

Just go with your gut instinct. Don't worry about the government regulations that are slowing progress. Sometimes getting the contract means lowering your morals. These are the qualities that bring in business. It may not be right but it is the culture that has been facilitated in this country top down. Bring back happy hour and pay for the cab rides home. And if necessary, hire some high dollar call girls for the COTRs to make things happen. Come on, this is America.

    Pros

Paid well, interesting work up to a point.

    Cons

Very bureaucratic, not much focus on employee development. Taught just enough to do my job but not enough variety to make it interesting on an ongoing basis. Too much repetition.
