I have been working at SAIC full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Great People to work with.

Cons

Management not very incompetent at times. They can't seem to get along for the common good of the company. No raise or bonus for 2014. With the cost of Health and Dental Insurance going up, most people are making less than last year.

Advice to Management

Get along and don't worry who gets the credit / bonuses. You make a lot of money anyway.

    Pros

The pay is fairly good as well as the benefits. A lot of really good people there just have the wrong people in management.

    Cons

Poor management at least in shared services. A lot of bullying and no resources for the employee being harassed by management.

    Advice to Management

Do undercover boss and see for yourself.
