    BE AWARE you will not a business development manager, the role, the salary, the bonus scheme, the KPIs are set up for a call center sales advisor, impossible to develop own opportunity. 90 % of the leads provided from the team leader are not qualifying, the breakdown of the leads are not fair! BE AWARE if you don't touch the assigned leads the company will cut money from the salary!

    Advice to Management

    absolutely not a multicultural environment,the leads are not managed on the basis of the language but based on the friendship of the management When you hire a multilingual you should specify that you will not be hired to develop the market from the country you come from. Implement sales strategies between the various offices. internal communications are never 100% shared with foreign offices. INFORM THE FUTURE... CANDIDATES IN THE PHASE OF INTERVIEW OF how KPIs are structured.
