Pros

None. The company acts like they are great, but you’re just a number for them. Have fun losing great employees because you treat people awful.

Cons

Extreme sexism, racism and homophobia. Inclusion is their tag line, but that is not at all how they treat their employees.

Advice to Management

Your management is awful.
