Pros

Great company vision and mission: To create a best-run world, by helping our customers become best-run businesses and to improve the lives of others. Transforming the way people think about enterprise software companies.

Cons

Re-organizations never stop. Poor longer-term planning in some business units (e.g. planning for year is completed by end of Q1 of that year).

Advice to Management

Focus beyond just the next quarter.

    good bonus, good benefits, good for resume

    Cons

    traveling, lack of training due to budget cuts, North America bonus system compare to the Global services

    Advice to Management

    change the north america bonus system so that the consultants are not hurt for taking vacations. Provide more training for the personnel so that they can change career directions if they need to. Lower the rates so that SAP can compete with smaller companies and those that provide off-shore services in order to be able to acquire more projects and raise consultants' utilization.
