    Pros

    As the topest solution supplyer in business software field, SAP is still fast growing in various products lines, and offering the better innovation to change this world. SAP builds a multinational stage for its staff to think and work.

    Cons

    It's rediculous to set only 30 parking area in Labs China, 2000+ staff working there.

    - From the Active Global Support side, there are investments on technical development (training and workshops)
    - Good bonus policy

    Cons

    - There are best opportunities on the market if you seek salary
    - Expected pressure as you work on owner of solutions
    - Depending on the area, you should travel a lot, if not, you can always be assigned to a customer outside your city.

    Make the career path clear in order to seek evolution.
