      Pay is good, company tries to take care of employees

      Cons

      Union has too much power(FMLA abuse, people never get fired, some employees do bare minimum) Hard to know who to ask a question to. There is very sparse/ no training

      It’s so great to be in a place where people are so welcoming and so supportive/helpful. It’s a great life to work balance ratio

      More PTO would be nice
