Poor management team and high turnover rate due to each leader.

Advice to Management

Recently, you replace new MD named Taveesak. everything from what I heard from ex-SAS (almost all office) this is end era of SAS thailand.

    Pros

    Work life balance - 2 hours lunches and getting off at 530pm sharp

    Cons

    Resistant to change - prefer to stick to methoods used for the past 10 years

    Bad management

    HR doesn't do a good job to manage any politics, and boasts a high turn over rate of more than 30% for a company of less than 100 staff

    Poor management of expectations

    Job scope for any mid level staff is 80% admin

    Be open to change

    Communicate clearly to employees and manage expectations of other stakeholders better - Some communications are done better face to face rather than SMS and email
