Pros

Most people are nice and good to work with

Cons

Management has no backbone. They will not back you up when push comes to shove, even if you are right. Work 16 hours a day and still feel behind due to lack of help No appreciation when you get things done, but will ream you a new one if you screw up just the slightest bit Pay is not worth the time and stress you have to deal with, probably one of the lowest paying Telecom Construction Super's pay out there Expected to answer phone and e-mails all the time, even when on vacation!

Thank you for taking the time to provide your comments and feedback, but they do not reflect SBA's mission and vision. Though there is plenty of work to be done, one of our commitments is to promote team-player mindset, helping one another. To grow, team members need to feel they are being heard, which distressingly was not your experience. However, you express your concerns with an unfavorable tone that does not ideally lend itself to resolving issues. Your complaints are insulting and skewed -- not a fair and objective assessment of our company, as many team members are able to manage the workload and have favorable, positive experiences. If you have any questions you would like to discuss, please, feel free to contact me; my contact information follows. Pros

I worked as a Data Management Specialist at SBA Communication and had a truly positive experience. The company fosters an inclusive and collaborative culture where employees feel supported and valued. I was trusted with key responsibilities involving data integrity and compliance, and I appreciated the opportunity to grow professionally. The benefits package was competitive, and leadership encouraged continuous learning and development. Highly recommend SBA to anyone seeking a strong foundation in a well-run organization.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

stock options and benefit plan

Cons

Leadership consistently failed to prioritize employee well-being, while mid-level managers engaged in abusive behavior and violated HR policies and ethical standards. Rather than addressing these leadership and management issues by directly confronting and correcting the leadership involved, the company appeared more focused on protecting ineffective leadership and minimizing internal accountability. Human Resources often functioned as a mechanism to monitor and gather information on dissatisfied employees instead of serving as a supportive resource to help employees navigate widespread mismanagement, workplace concerns, and leadership abuse.
