      Pros

      SBFC is shaping up very well under the new management. Since May 2018, post induction on CHRO, there has been a tremendous focus on employees and the benefit of the employees. The company has hired more than 400 employees in last 5 months and still looking for another 300+ employees.

      Cons

      There are none at this point. Except that expecting dedicated, committed, result oriented employees.

      Pros

      Many things to learn, can get domain insights and inter-department work which possibly gives more understanding.

      Cons

      Mostly contract based hiring for limited period of time and rare permanent hiring. No place to grow as a year passes you'll be on notice without even knowing.
