Where to start......... I think the 1% pension contribution tells you a lot about the culture you can expect. An organisation that thinks so little of its workforce that they will contribute the absolute bare minimum to their retirement? It is the most miserable, toxic place I have ever set foot in. I knew it from the interview which was so unprofessional and entirely focused on 'will you put up with the rubbish that we'll launch at you?' that I knew I shouldn't have accepted but circumstances dictated that I needed a job at that point. I'm struggling to put into words how horrible a place it is. The culture of fear permeates the entire building, staff are not valued nor given appropriate resource and support.
