    Decent benefits
    Good people at mid-to lower levels
    Good sales force

    Cons

    Severe downsizing
    Little personal recognition
    Upper management appear to be little interested in personal improvement
    Training not available, except for specific customer systems
    Company culture does not recognise praise as a motivator

    Advice to Management

    Need to think long-term, and integrate inter-departmental planning. Promises made to customers must be kept - a company's reputation is gold. Management training in ITIL should be widespread, if processes are to be followed. Praise is a good motivator, sometimes more than money.

    Pros

    You have the opportunity to get in contact with the latest technologies on the market.
    If you want/ desire, you can learn almost anyting in the service desk/ support field, from administration to implementation, from software to hardware.

    Cons

    The internal trainings are poor and they are based on the motto: learn as you go. Sometimes you find out about new projects in the day they go live. Poor documentation and escalation lines.
    Crowded room with poor AC.

    Advice to Management

    Please look outside your office to see what is going on in the company. E-mails are not enough!
