I worked at SCO Family of Services full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Caring for a population that really need help.

Cons

*HR is not helpful.
*Company executives are oblivious to what is really going on at the bottom.
*Management operates with Mob-mentality, threatening to destroy individuals in the field if they don't comply and tolerate the hostile work environment.

Advice to Management

*Stop it with the "US against THEM" mentality.
*Be willing to listen.
*Treat us with respect and honor our service.

    I have been working at SCO Family of Services full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Fun environment, good place to get work experience, opportunity for advancement if you stay for awhile, good health + vacation benefits, ability to create your own schedule

    Cons

    Pay is not great, raises don't come along often unless you are promoted to a new position, high work load and high caseload, high turnover

    Advice to Management

    Increase pay, give at least 3% raise
