Pros

The company treats its employees very well. Benefits are very good and it is a friendly work environment. People who work hard are rewarded.

Cons

The ability for mediocre employees to hang around for decades. While not necessarily a bad thing, there are a lot of people who are merely punching a clock and don't have high aspirations.

Family friendly, great soft skills training, opportunities for advancement, executive management team is approachable and down-to-earth, excellent on-site cafeteria, involved in the community, on-site fitness center with personal trainer and exercise classes including yoga, Spin, and Zumba.

    Cons

Departments are "silo"ed, small cubicles, inadequate parking space for size of building, meager profit sharing plan, work-from-home options are frustrating due to security policies.

    Pros

Flexible hours, half day Friday's in the summer, unlimited sick time (nice for people with kids), on-site cafeteria and fitness center.

    Cons

Incompetent managers, too much middle management, bonus program is slowly being taken away, pension plan has been halted.

    Advice to Management

Spend less money on overblown summer parties, Christmas parties and flat panel TV's throughout the building, and give your employees their bonus program back.
