Management are desperate to jump upon any slight error or typo and discipline employees in a public setting - designed to embarrass employees. Zero room to further your career, no opportunity for training. Completely toxic and should be avoided if you value your mental health. Cannot stress this enough, DO NOT WORK IN THIS DEPARTMENT.
