Pros
Great staff and plenty of opportunities to shine individually. Higher rate of job security due to the union and the studio's willingness to keep the same people within the studio. Good place to build career.
Cons
Fast paced workload. VERY fast paced, be ready to pull your weight every day, try to stay focused while you work, and remember to take breaks. Breaks are important.

Pros
Incredibly talented and friendly team. Producer really cared about quality of life and work/life balance for the team. Union shop for both Production and Editorial.
Cons
On-site infrastructure not fully road-tested, lots of technical issues when working from the office (especially w/ streaming for remote reviews) but pretty painless experience working from home.
