Pros
There is very little that can be said of this place that would make someone want to work here. I suppose there is opportunity to work on projects like for data entry because the systems are inadequate. Interns do much of the work because it's cheap labor.
Cons
The owners are so in love with themselves it's bizarre. They think they are great in business but are quite out of touch. Put friends in management positions instead of qualified people. Company is cheap, unless you are the owner, and the place will probably go out of business. No direction at all.
