Great company with caring people. Besides the roles at each department, the interns had one big project together.

Cons

Doesn't open full-time positions for international students.

    the employees are friendly and professional individuals.

    Cons

    Too much spare time. Employees look tired most of the time. Smoking is allowed right outside the entrance. no professional attire required. It's a laissez-faire environment..

    Advice to Management

    Encourage staffs to dress professionally and stop smoking on the premise.

    People who have been with the organization for more than 10 years seemingly are protected regardless of attendance, job performance or bad attitudes.

    Politics, favoritism, and limited growth opportunities are the biggest impediment for managers and individual contributors.
