Pros

They recognize your work and appreciate it.
You can have free time while on the job, as long as you get the job done by the time they need it.

Cons

People from top are really mean, they ask you to do all sorts of thing and don't promote you.

Advice to Management

Their management department will need some change. They don't listen to employee, and bring personal issues with employee while they were just trying to do their job.

I worked at SINA full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

good company, nice people, if you're professional, skilled ( maybe entry to mid level ),
it'll be a relaxed working place.
you can learn basics about websites, social media, web marketing and chinese culture.
it's a well known Chinese company, can build up your resume quickly

    Cons

people think it's just a small oversea office for the headquarter in China,
    and being quite conservative.
sometimes they don't care about you doing this job good or not,
    can be disappointing

    Advice to Management

have meetings at least once a month?
people always don't know what's going on in this company
