I have been working at SITA as a contractor

    Pros

Flexible working approach - fully embrace remote working. Sita is a truly global organisation, therefore you are expected to work with people from all over the world. This often means lot of travel which I like and also you get the flexibility to work from home most of the time. As long as you get the work done, management is OK which is what i like.

    Cons

Sometimes working with remote teams, you do feel detached from the team.
SiTA also is not mature in some areas of the business, I would have liked to see more tools to support remote working since its an important part of the working culture at Sita.
Management is also remote so it would be great to see them more often in London. However, I do like my managers who are based in Geneva.
