Highly unprofessional. I had joined this organisation as a senior manager, for my native location and this was specifically mentioned in the offer letter, and that is why I accepted the offer as it was my hometown location. But, within 1 month of joining I was told that "Sorry we are unable to start off our operations in that location. You can either go back to your previous company, or search for a new job we will give you three months time ." I was shocked and was taken aback to hear this statement and was in a fix. Than they said if not this than go to any location as mentioned by the management, to which I had to agree as I had no other option at that point of time. After 5 months I finally managed to secure a job and left that job. They were just waiting and watching when this guy will leave. It was basically a wrong hiring where they goofed up.
