    Pros

    SK Telecom Americas has tremendously bright and hard working people at the working level. The capacity and capital for driving success are quite evident. If you are a market research or pseudo-strategic planning professional then this is the place for you. The healthcare benefits are the best I've seen.

    Cons

    SK Telecom Americas has a very inexperienced senior management team. They lack either the courage or the conviction to take an opportunity from ideation through execution. Moreover, the link to the home office is also weak and that's where the decisions are really made. Check the Linkedin profiles of the executive team to make an informed decision prior to making a career move.

    Advice to Management

    Create a vision, communicate it, empower your employees, adopt some of the local business culture you are working in (Silicon Valley), and make decisions

    High salary.
    Salary is +U$25000 more than that of the companies in the same industry.
    Work + life balance is very good (9 to 7 on average)
    Less hierachical.

    Cons

    There is no solid reward system.
    Reward is very subjective.

    Advice to Management

    Need to speak fluent Korean, in orderf to move up to the EVP level.
