Working environment which facilities fear

For many years this company was a place where we successfully solved problems and felt about each other as friends as well as colleagues.

However, the pro from above changed. This company became a prosecutory body where the final arbitrator is a how someone feels about your actions rather than whether those actions are reasonable. In other wory, you can be accused and reported for any action which made someone feel uncomfortable regardless of the actions. The reported actions can be literally of any level of triviality. In such environment, there is nothing else left to do but not to talk or interact with anyone unless you absolutely have to. Avoid any unnecessary communication, say as little as possible and stay away from anyone that you don't have to deal with. This is the place where you need to worry on daily basis about whether you might lose your job.
