RUN AWAY ! - Manager SMCP Employee Review

where do i start.. they claim to be inclusive/diverse and people focused, yet all management are white.. look at the pictures posted on Linked in ( esp for the UK) of higher management for factual information.. they pride themselves on family values, but have the highest turnover of staff, the head office management gossip with store staff, so everyone is talking about everyone.. the most toxic environment to work in AVOID !!!
