Pros

Most managers and supervisors are very reasonable. If you are flexible and versatile, you will have many opportunities to be transferred to different positions within the company in the US, or internationally.

Cons

Few managers/supervisors don't have very good leadership skills. They communicate with their subordinates poorly. Some of them don't have hands-on experience/skills in order to lead the team effectively.

Advice to Management

Communication! Communication! Some necessary hands-on experience/skills.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Some of the people really try. There is some motivation when projects start that could really follow through if the leadership was there. There is some hope for the closeout of the warning letter.

    Cons

No support. All departments look out for themselves but rarely work together. There is no involvement from workers to fix problems because they aren't asked and often brushed off when concerns are shared. The turnover rate is so high that problems exist on a revolving wheel; they come back around eventually. Sales will sell, sell, sell, but wont stop to wonder if the services offered are available or even possible. They set prices extremely low to get customers, but aren't covering actual costs.

    Advice to Management

Set up a reporting structure with existing employees instead of leaving gaps. Flow decisions through appropriate levels so top management isn't seeing everything and slowing things down. Pin down an actual process and teach it to everyone. Make all departments follow some central tennants and localize general documents instead of letting the sop structure grow into a detail-ridden monster.

The commute is great and alot of the people are fantastic to work with

    Cons

It is a regulated environment, so every tiney detail must be written down and QA is always looking over your shoulder
