    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at SNC-Lavalin full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good work environment, standard benefits, career opportunities abroad.

    Cons

a lot of bureaucracy, organized in divisions that do not work together, out-of-date in IT technology and process for software development. It's not an IT company so for software developers it can be frustrating.

    Advice to Management

Use IT as a strategical tool and not only to process bureaucracy.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

    I worked at SNC-Lavalin full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They are busy with lots of work but with that people are easily forgotten.

    Cons

Need to be in the "in" crowd to get anything. Non-existent management and an unqualified accountant in charge, just trying to prove himself to Montreal. He doesn't care about the employees.

    Advice to Management

Start caring for the people who are actually doing the work, job satisfaction and retention of employees would probably go up. Get someone qualified in charge, not just an accountant that has been with the company the longest. Start to show the people they aren't just an hourly wage.
