I have been working at SNC-Lavalin full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

- Resources and expertise
- Workload equivalent to pay
- Facilities
- Great staff, communication and group benefits

Cons

- Recent negative label/press is not for the faint heart. (how the outside world treats you, you have deal with the perception and scrutiny even though you have no relation to the issue)
- Too technical demanding sometimes
- Pressured environment due to the technicality of work.

Advice to Management

Outer PR could use some re-branding, scandals never help but gives the opportunity to make some changes for the good.

    I worked at SNC-Lavalin full-time

    Pros

Winnipeg office has some of the best people (engineers/techs/drafters) in the industry. Everyone is very technically competent. 3 weeks vacation minimum + 5 sick days. The office has a family-like feel to it. Small size office means you get to learn wide range of works in a short period of time.

    Cons

Winnipeg is very very cold ... for someone who's not originally from the region.
