This company operates with a shocking level of dishonesty and disregard for its employees. Management makes hiring decisions without any real commitment—bringing people on board only to lay them off within months, citing “budget constraints” that should have been considered before hiring.
Worse yet, they offer verbal confirmations to candidates, leading them to resign from stable jobs, only to revoke the offer at the last minute. This reckless behavior leaves people stranded, jobless, and betrayed.
Layoffs here don’t target under performers; instead, hard-working employees are let go while leadership remains indecisive and disconnected from reality. There’s no long-term vision, directors aren't aligned in their decisions amongst themselves, just constant course-correcting at employees’ expense. If you’re considering a role here, think twice—this company treats people as disposable.
The biggest issue is that the current CEO, MD, and some directors have no real understanding of the business. Decisions are made without proper strategy, resulting in chaotic execution and constant firefighting. Leadership lacks transparency, frequently changing direction with no clear reasoning.
