      Nice clients, relaxed atmosphere, pretty much your own boss

      Cons

      Always on edge about contract renewal, no funding, lots of travel by car and sometimes reimbursement of expenses difficult to get back

      Pay, and benefits. Easy to advance if you are determined. Need to have good attendance to move up.

      Cons

      Not structured. Need to add structure and an easier way to find items on the portal. Update the website as well.

      Understanding to a point in regards to personal issues.

      Cons

      Favoritism towards employees and superiors. Some superiors hardly know how to do there job and they play around too much .
