    Pros

    Tuition reimbursement, ESOP (company stock automatically given & vested after 3 years), 401K with company match! Full-time benefit plans greatly improved as of 2019 - fair premiums and good coverage for health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. Anniversary bonuses & regular performance reviews with raises. Opportunity for growth!

    No cons... if ever displeased with something, management will listen and act to make it right!

    I worked at SPINX Company full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    The benefits are great. They offer competitive insurance rates, vacation pay, and retirement accounts. Most of the people are friendly, and Mr. Spinks is truly a generous and wonderful person.

    Cons

    If they dont like you, they will find a way to get rid of you. They will swamp you with work until you can't get it done or though just can't handle it anymore.

    Advice to Management

    Keep your personal feelings out of the hiring/firing process. Treat your employees the way you want to be treated, and if they don't get the job done, find out why before you get rid of them and don't purposefully give them more than anyone could possibly handle and tell them both overtime.
