    Pay
    Not worth your sanity at all

    Cons

    They pay very well, and they have to because this is the most stressful overwhelming job and management does not make an effort to help the poor energy. No one likes working there including representatives supervisors and managers they show zero appreciation for their employees and make sure you know how replaceable you are. The people you talk to on the phones will yell and scream and swear at you. All day everyday angry customers. And on top of that if there is a customer with a problem on their account supervisors don't care to fix it a customer can talk to 5 supervisors and nothing will ever be fixed and when the customer calls back angry the representatives get the backlash

    Advice to Management

    A resolution should be met after speaking to a sup. Sups need to be direct with customers or solve the problem right then
