Negative Outlook
No opinion of CEO

I have been working at SRA International full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Still some hardcore SRA'ers left in the company that motivate the younger generations

Cons

Limited career paths - remaining billable is the only option and that can be difficult without any bench time betweenprojects

Advice to Management

Help middle management to understand the difference between business capture and project execution

I have been working at SRA International full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

40-hour work week depending where you work within the company, other sectors/clients require longer hours (beware of of the growth group) but in general the firm encourages a fair work-life balance. People are smart, friendly, and the corporate culture is very relaxed and executives seem genuinely concerned with how the average worker perceives policy initiatives. Plenty of training opportunities and decent tuition reimbursement program.

    Cons

Unclear promotion path, poor to mediocre pay increases, small or nonexistent bonuses.

    Advice to Management

Encourage high performers to stay with the firm by rewarding their hard work with benefits such as comp time, bonuses, or special training opportunities.

I have been working at SRA International full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good culture, competitive in the federal IT services marketplace

    Cons

contracts can be short-lived especially with budget cutbacks at federal government...find another contract gig (chances are it won't be good as the last) or join the unemployment line
