I have been working at SRA International full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Talented people who are committed to professional work

    Cons

Now owned by a private equity firm, unconcerned with employees, just iconcerned about cutting employee benefits and firing employees.

    Advice to Management

Give your employees some time and notice before you cut their benefits. Do something to inspire employee loyalty, instead of telling them you are doing them a favor by cutting their benefits.
