I have been working at SRA International full-time (More than 10 years)

Pros

If you are on a long term contract, they leave you and management alone. The company only focuses on new business and at risk contracts.

Cons

The company just revamped its logo and slogan. This supposedley costs enough to cancel the annual August company family day at Six Flags for all employees. The new logo is very unoriginal (SRA with a reflection of the letters SRA) and much worse than the one SRA has had for years. I don't know how anyone who views the two could say that the new one is better or adds any value. This environmental friendly company now has to get rid of all of the old logo paperwork. Another corporate suck move and execution failure. Did I mention that SRA is owned by an Investment Firm ready to flip it to one of the large gov contractors when the price becomes right?

Advice to Management

Go away. Volgenau has no power now and doesn't seem to care that the great company he built is almost dead.
