It is a good opportunity for those looking for a career in teaching.

Poor business ethics such as hiring and management communication.

Advice to Management

When hiring someone find out if they are truly fit for the position. Do not hire them and 2 months later decide they are not competent in the position they are improving upon.

    Flexible schedule. If you are college student this is great for you to be in school and work.
