Pros

The atmosphere is fairly laid back.

Cons

Work flow is minimal, most days are spend staring off into space without any assignments. All work could be done from home or through telecommuting, but the company requires all employees to be in the office.

Advice to Management

Pay more attention to the wage and hours laws regarding exempt employees.

    Pros

    The salary compensation is relatively higher than other companies.

    Cons

    There is no sense of being apart of the company when working full-time at client-site. At client-site, you must pay for parking. There are no free snacks or coffee, let alone water. Upper management hardly ever visits and no engagements are made to invite those at client-site to come over to corporate.

    Advice to Management

    Make employees feel like they're apart of the company and provide morale boosting engagements.
