      Pros

      You will learn how to recognize dishonesty and manipulative behavior from a distance. You will never be easily misled again in your career.

      Cons

      - The work atmosphere is deeply toxic and the leadership is extremely poor. - Management behaves in a dishonest and self serving way, often distorting the truth to protect their own interests. - Employees are left under constant stress with no real relief or support. - Burnout steadily increases over time with no sign of improvement. - Each day becomes progressively harder and more draining than the last.

      Pros

      - Remote Job, 100% work from home, Company does not have a physical office in any country. Half of the force is in South Africa and Philippines. - Lots of flexibility. Good second job, already is side gig for most of the folks who work here.

      Cons

      - Zero benefits, No healthcare, No holidays. Everyone is hired as a Independent Contractor except for C-Suite. - No Growth, no Monetary raises or incentives. Poor compensation structure except for C-Suite. - All Bark and no bite, they lie to onboard clients and then clients only regret later. - Poor Track record, say less than 10 deals in 2 years. YUP - Client aint know about this. - This is a small cap/ bottom tier advisory firm not a mid market investment bank as advertised.
