Pros

The company seemed to compensate fairly and offered many perks to their employees. There was always opportunity to learn and expand your knowledge, management for the position I was in was very supportive and grounded which is always nice. They took great care of their staff during COVID with safety protocols which was greatly appreciated. They offered a hybrid schedule that was very flexible.

Cons

The room for advancement seemed limited unless you branched out to another department or sector of the company.
