1. You get paid less than others in different partner company, such as MMB, AWAD, Skanska, just to name a few and you do the same job as them which is extremely unfair. 2. There is no rotation when you work in @one, so you get stuck delivering the same projects again and again until you have fully delivered a whole portfolio, of course unless you get lucky and you got on some interesting projects 3. Learning heavily depends on the team you are in, if you are in a poorly managed team with TMs that have no idea what they are doing, then good luck.
