Pros

When you first apply they give you the motivational speech concerning opportunity for promotions, but that is only half the story. Politics is a huge impact on promotion potential. Play the game, get the promotion.

Cons

Unqualified supervisors. Incompetence is rampant here, no respect for management.

Advice to Management

Have real standards for positions of authority. Does education matter?

    Pros

    Excellent training program, fun days and morale boosts, continued training on new products and policies with client

    Cons

    Little opportunity for growth despite the sales pitch during orientation, unprofessional co-workers and management, inflexible schedule, nepotism, and inconsistent company policies

    Advice to Management

    Please start treating employees more like the people that they are and less like numbers and statistics. Please share more information with employees about the outlook of the company.

    Pros

    Air conditioned and nice entry level workers. Good hours , close to good places to have lunch, new chairs, close to home.

    Cons

    The upper level management do not know what they are doing and are 10 years behind times. Many middle management employees are in thier positions due to favoritism not based on skills and performance. Never any positive feedback but plenty of negative feed back. Management uses fear and intimidation as a performance tool resulting in low morale. HR is useless. Very unprofessional management style and negative atmosphere. Extreemly high turn over rate at this call center.

    Advice to Management

    Treat people like adults not children. Get bettter tools so employees can do their jobs as best as possible. Stop using fear and intimidation as a performance tool, positive feedback first is always the best practice to get the best results. Pay better and lastly provide more jobs here in the USA your home headquarters.
