    Pros

    Good pay, good schedule, work from home, awesome coworkers and coaches.

    Cons

    Training is long and when is time to do the job what you’ve learned is only a 3%. The training is basically presentations that at the end are only 5% of what you’ll do. Angry banking customers. (Very rude ones) The system was not updated. The second part of training (ojt) you start answering calls without the right knowledge. So you gotta ask through an Skype chat that has only 4 to 5 coaches and 32 trainees with different questions. That means waiting time and a customer getting more angry. I personally couldn’t take it, got nervous and every time a got an incoming call got anxiety. I’m not writing this to scared you I’m doing this to inform and to prepare you. Maybe you won’t be in the baking customer service department, this was my experience in that one.
