can leave without doing any work....
if you have good emailing skills and if your english is good then sky is your limit in sabre...
laptop....work from home......good work life balance.

Cons

not a technology company
take home salary is less
if you don't know how to socialize with people don't go there
onsite perdium is less

    Work life balance, Work from home, good pay scale in India, talented and smart co workers, informal atmosphere, fluid management.

    Cons

    immature process, rigid wait periods, Hr processes not wel defined, compensation structure is subjective, promotions and compensation subject to manager, chances of diluting talent pool due to indiscriminate hiring.

    Advice to Management

    Decentralize work to regional locations, give more power to project managers, make processes more agile, give well defined HR processes
