    Pros

    Never are short of challenges, many opportunities to develop skills in training, creating processes, process improvements, team building. Teams welcome leaders who are fair.

    Cons

    Very difficult union environment, seniority trumps skill set, technical abilities need improved, more cohesive environment is needed

    Pay attention to the skill set and work ethic of the work force, both in management and as workers.
